With influences from taekwondo, Muay Thai, and Western boxing, kickboxing class is a moderate impact fitness/combat class with focus on the technical and practical aspects of offense, defense, footwork, and physical fitness. Kickboxing is great for anyone who is looking for in-depth kickboxing training and a great workout!
